I’m Stephan Messier, and I’ve been freelancing as a character/asset artist for games since late 2013. I’ve worked with clients like Leap Motion, Theory Form, Wobbly Rocket, Starcave Entertainment, and others. I’ve built characters from concepts, redesigned them quickly, and also designed in a more traditional iterative approach (2d concepts to 3d model iteration). I high/low poly model, UV/Texture, and help integrate characters in engine (Unity/UE4) for PBR rendering. I work with Zbrush, Maya, Blender, Photoshop, DDO, Substance Designer/Painter and Marmoset to build characters and assets.
